When you place an order with us we will recieve you name, delivery address and email address.  We will only use this infomation to process and fulfill your order, or to deal with and respond to any enquiries, questions, queries, and to confirm details relating to that order.

The only circumstances in which we will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law / tax obligations.  Your details will be used for arranging and providing postal services for your purchases.

Your details are retained for as long as necessary to process the transaction and stored securely during this period.  Personal data relating to customer orders are retained for a period of six years, in accordance with HMRC requirements.  After this time we will delete your data from my records.
