Right to Cancel
We hope that you enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoying making it, but if you do change your mind, that’s OK. You have 14 days “cooling off”, from receipt, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order and return your purchase or exchange for another item. At this point we’d like to have a quick chat to confirm details, order number etc and to better understand how we can help you. We may have something more suitable or be able make something just for you.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Returned purchases should be unused and in the same condition that you received, ideally in the original packaging, but securely packed if not. Return address and procedure will be communicated to you once you have informed us of your wish to cancel / return / exchange.
Please note, unless faulty, bespoke, custom, personalised or made-to-order to specific requirements are non-refundable and excluded from the 14 day “cooling off” policy. With the exception of mistakes made on our part (i.e. spelling mistakes and errors). Every effort will be made to put right and correct mistakes and errors.
Gift cards are also non-refundable. (gift cards are only available to purchase at our markets and craft fairs)
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We suggest obtaining proof of postage for all returns, tracked services are also advisable.
Faults
Should you find fault with your purchase, or your purchase arrives damaged we will ask for your help in providing photographic evidence and descriptions of the issue. This is to best assess and rectify the issues swiftly and thoroughly. It also will help, if needed, when filing claims with the courier companies.
To complete your return or exchange more swiftly, we will ask for receipt or proof of purchase to confirm order details – i.e. order number, customer details, product description.
Payments
All items must be paid for in full. Bespoke and Custom orders will be invoiced or listed in a private password protected website listing and must be paid in full once designs are finalised and agreed. No items will be sent without full payment. Collection from local markets can be arranged in advance following full payment (cash on collection is not available).
Refunds
Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Once issued on our end refunds can sometimes take time to process, while we are unable to chase refunds, if you have any concerns though please email us.
Missing packages
We use Royal Mail, Tracked services as our preferred delivery service. Please ensure all contact details entered at checkout are correct. During busy times (Christmas, bank holidays & severe weather) there may be delays out of our control. Should your packages go wandering we ask for patience while we follow Royal Mail procedures.
