Description
A set of chunky wooden coasters made from hardwoods, including Sapele, Oak, Iroko and Red Oak. These look great on a coffee table and would make a lovely new home gift.
Measurements
The coasters come in sets of four, tied with a natural jute string. Each of the wood sections has a beautiful variety of colouring and wood grains.
Measuring 9.5 x 8.5 x 1.2 cm the wooden coasters are the perfect size for you favourite brew or cold drink.
I have used Danish oil and a natural wood wax to finish and protect the coasters. The colours and wood grains vary between coaster and sets making the beautifully unique.
Product Care:
Wood is a natural material than can change and alter over time. Every knock and dink adds to the character and story of the piece. You can keep it looking its best, for longer by:
- Keeping out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat (next to radiators, fires and open flame, or bathrooms etc)
- Don’t put wood in the dishwasher or soak in water (it can’t swim!)
- Wipe clean
- Restore with wood wax. Avoid wet spray polishes as they can add too much moisture and effect the finish.
