Ordering:
These items are made to order. When ordering a hanger with additional text please select the required hanger to your basket then select the additional text option from the drop down menu and add to your basket. Please at the required text in the notes section at checkout. Please also ensure email and contact information is correct just in case I need to double check and confirm your order.
Made to order items have a 5 working day lead time plus delivery. Please add the date of the event in the notes at checkout so that we can makes sure the your order arrives in plenty of time. For any orders within two weeks of the event please email first. I am a one person business in a rural area, during busy times, bank holidays, bad weather & floods etc it may not be possible to make and post out your order intime (I will make every effort) – please email / contact before ordering, thank you.

Buying from us:
We are an at market and online business. We attend artisan markets and craft fairs across Staffordshire and Derbyshire where you can shop with us face to face and chat about our processes and each piece. If you can’t make it out to see us you can pop the kettle on and shop from the comfort of your own home.
This also means that as most of our pieces are one of a kind and beautifully unique once they are gone, they are gone!
Postage:
We send out your packages using Royal Mail tracked 48. Tracked services to help ensure that your purchase arrives safely. Please ensure all addresses and contact information are correct as these will be used for the tracking.

We are currently only shipping within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). We are unable to ship to EU countries, USA and Canada.
